Tin Lizard Brewing Co. finally opened its doors on Friday to a full house. The menu offers some tasty Southern barbecue which has been sorely missing on the Main Line. The grand opening was so successful that they actually ran out of food and had to have a delayed opening on Saturday to make sure the drinks and food would be flowing all night. We ordered a pint of "Caught Up In You", an American IPA, and "The Raising of Lazarus" an English IPA. We paired the beers with the pulled pork sandwich with the potato salad and the black bean burger with grilled mixed vegetables. They have a fantastic choice of homemade barbecue sauces varying in sweetness and spiciness. We will definitely be returning and checking out the rooftop patio with a beer flight.
